Production process of plywood
Raw material processing
FSC certified logs and high-quality auxiliary materials are selected, peeled into veneers of different thicknesses, and the moisture content is controlled at 8%-12% through intelligent drying equipment.
Gluing the blank
Follow the principle of "vertical and symmetrical arrangement of adjacent layers of wood grains" to assemble the blank. Use a high-precision fully automatic glue coating machine with environmentally friendly glue to accurately control the glue amount and uniformity.
Cold pressing and shaping
Cold pressing at room temperature with a pressure of 0.3-0.5MPa to initially solidify the adhesive layer and shape the board to avoid delamination and warping during hot pressing.
Hot pressing forming
Hot pressing at 110-140℃ and 1.0-1.5MPa pressure to quickly solidify the adhesive and form a plate blank with a stable structure.
Post-processing quality inspection
After cooling, trimming, and sanding, the strength, moisture content, appearance and other indicators are fully inspected. Only products that meet the standards can be shipped.
Packaging and warehousing
Use moisture-proof packaging and partitioned warehousing to ensure storage and transportation quality.
