Product Overview

This composite acoustic wall panel adopts an integrated two-layer hot-pressed composite structure, integrating decorative and sound-absorbing functions in one board. The surface three-dimensional grille slats are made of MDF medium density fiberboard or natural wood veneer, presenting delicate stereo wood grain decorative effect. The bottom substrate is high-density porous sound-absorbing board thermoformed from recycled PET polyester fiber, collectively named polyester fiber wood by the industry. The whole panel is eco-friendly with zero formaldehyde emission and reaches Class B1 flame retardant standard. Featuring excellent full-frequency sound absorption, moisture-proof, mildew-proof and anti-deformation performance, it supports customized sizes, thicknesses, wood grains and colors, widely applied to interior decoration of homes, offices, meeting rooms, recording studios, hotels and other places requiring acoustic optimization.

Combining decorative wood slat surface and functional PET sound-absorbing base through integrated hot pressing process. The surface wood grille creates layered high-end wall decoration effect, while the porous fiber substrate absorbs indoor noise. It avoids the defect that single-function panels can only decorate or only absorb sound, realizing one panel for two purposes.

• Recycled environmental raw materials, zero formaldehyde, safe and odorless

The bottom sound-absorbing layer is produced by recycling waste plastic bottles via crushing, cleaning and high-temperature hot pressing, no harmful chemical glue added in molding. The surface adopts qualified MDF or natural wood veneer with low-pollution finishing treatment. No formaldehyde, benzene or harmful VOC released during use, conforms to global environmental standards, suitable for closed rooms, children’s rooms and long-term living and working spaces.

• High-density porous fiber structure, efficient full-band sound absorption

Thermoformed PET fiber forms uniform microporous structure inside the substrate, which can absorb low, medium and high frequency noise efficiently. It greatly reduces indoor reverberation and echo, optimizes indoor sound field, improves speech clarity, perfectly solves noisy, echoing problems in meeting rooms, cinemas and studios.

• Class B1 flame retardant grade, high safety for commercial venues

Environment-friendly flame retardant ingredients are mixed into polyester fiber during production. The panel can self-extinguish once leaving open fire, without producing toxic smoke or molten drops when burning. It meets fire protection inspection standards of offices, hotels, schools and other public spaces, greatly improving indoor fire safety.

• Moisture-proof, anti-mold and anti-deformation, stable long-term performance

Compact PET fiber base has extremely low water absorption, will not swell in humid environment. The surface wood slats are treated with moisture-proof and wear-resistant coating to prevent mildew, corrosion and aging. No warping, cracking or hollowing after years of use, sound absorption and appearance remain unchanged, longer service life than ordinary wood panels.

• Lightweight, easy processing, full customization and fast dry installation

The overall panel is light and tough, convenient for on-site cutting, drilling and splicing without breakage. Dry installation method saves construction period and labor cost. Customizable thickness, dimension, color, wood grain and special shapes to match Nordic, light luxury, minimalist and various commercial decoration styles.
