PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Product description
We are a professional manufacturer with 25 years of experience, supplying 3-ply solid wood construction formwork directly from factory without middlemen. Made of high-quality spruce or pine veneers with cross laminated structure, bonded with waterproof WBP phenolic glue under high temperature and high pressure. Both sides are coated with melamine resin film and edges are fully sealed, featuring excellent water resistance and alkali resistance, no swelling or delamination during concrete pouring. The panel owns high rigidity and load capacity, keeps flat under concrete pressure, easy demolding and delivers smooth concrete surface to save plastering work. It can be reused many times, lightweight and easy to cut and install on construction sites. Widely applied for wall, slab, beam, bridge and tunnel concrete pouring projects. Standard sizes in stock, custom dimensions and bulk project orders are accepted with stable delivery schedule
