PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product Definition

Construction formwork, also known as concrete formwork, serves as a temporary shaping mould for cast-in-place concrete construction. It restricts the external shape of freshly poured concrete and bears the lateral pressure and self-weight of concrete. It is dismantled after the concrete solidifies and reaches the designed strength to form structural components including walls, floor slabs, beams, columns and bearing platforms. As a core consumable in civil engineering, the formwork project accounts for 20%–25% of the total civil construction cost and nearly half of the total construction labour workload.

Core Functions
Dimension Shaping & Control: Precisely control the length, width, thickness and verticality of components to ensure the geometric dimensions comply with drawing tolerances.
Stable Load Bearing: Resist lateral pressure generated during pouring and vibrating without bulging, deforming or grout leakage, thus avoiding honeycombing and pitting defects on concrete surfaces.
Surface Finishing Control: The surface smoothness directly determines the appearance of concrete base surfaces. High-quality film-faced formwork enables plaster-free construction.
Reusable Circulation: Standardized formwork can be disassembled, assembled and reused multiple times to lower the construction cost per square metre.
