Product Overview
LVL (Laminated Veneer Lumber) Beam is a high-performance structural composite wood product, manufactured by gluing multiple layers of quality rotary-cut wood veneers with advanced hot-pressing technology. Adopting parallel grain lamination process, it eliminates the defects of natural solid wood like knots, cracking and twisting, with more uniform stress distribution and superior mechanical properties.
Product Advantages
1. Superior Structural Performance: With high elastic modulus (≥10.0 GPa) and bending strength (≥45 MPa), it has stronger load-bearing capacity than ordinary solid wood, suitable for long-span structural applications.
2. Excellent Dimensional Stability: Strictly controlled moisture content (8%-12%) ensures the product is not easy to deform, warp or twist, adapting to different environmental conditions.
3. High Durability: Using waterproof phenolic resin glue, with anti-corrosion, anti-moth and anti-aging properties, long service life, suitable for indoor and outdoor construction projects.
4. Customization Service: Support customized thickness, width and length (2000-12000mm), can be cut according to customer drawings and project requirements.
5. Eco-friendly & Reliable: Comply with E0/E1/CARB P2 environmental protection standards, with complete certifications such as CE, EN 13986, AS/NZS 4357, safe and secure to use.
