Product Description

Our LVL scaffolding planks are manufactured in strict compliance with international quality standards. Premium natural logs are carefully selected and processed through advanced rotary peeling equipment into veneers of uniform thickness. These veneers undergo rigorous moisture content control and quality screening, and are then bonded with high-performance, environmentally friendly adhesives under the principle of parallel-grain lamination. The assembly is consolidated under high temperature and high pressure in large-scale hot presses to form the final product.

Installation Guide

1. Check crossbars – ensure frame is firm and level.
2. Use undamaged planks, smooth side up.
3. Provide enough supports per plank length – no overhang.
4. Add extra supports at butt joints; lap ends over crossbars.
5. Secure both ends with clips or wire ties to prevent shifting.
6. Cover entire work layer, keep planks tight, maintain wall gap, clear debris, and inspect.
